No real budget, honestly. I have the funds. Could easily cough up 500m into it. I have bonus xp all the way till 120, so there goes your "dxp" (minus the extra .5 or whatever it is during actual DXP Live).

But yeah, I was thinking like you Tim and just pumping out Vuln Bombs. :shrug:

I did a mixture of vuln bombs and upgrading my elder overloads into salves. :3 It was a pretty expensive thing to finish.

Yeah, i'm TRYING to do this without making overloads - to save them for the 120 cape. But yeah, no way around the expense (time or monies).

Hess and Lastresrt have something which extends beyond the limits of Runescape. It's pretty special, tbh. Much like you, Mathis, BerserkGuy, and LastHit. You all have a similar special bond and are amazing people and Runescape players whom we love to have part in this community! :D
