nah afl is whack you get points for missing and the rules are unenforced / not strict... only good part is when dude take marks on massive speckies

best way to relieve anxiety is to understand how insignificant any of our problems and worries really are. doesn't work for everyone. if you've got important people or things to go home to at the end of the day, who cares what happens throughout it. you live for those who matter. you'll always make fuck ups. things will always go wrong. learn from them and don't let them bother you.
