So apparently there was this kid in Kenya who was playing around with a can of beans. Somehow one got stuck in his ear, and his dad said "What've you done that for, now I gotta take you to hospital". They get to hospital and the doctor says he can sort his ear out. He takes the bean out and says "So that'll be £2.70". But the dad only had £1.50 on him. So the doctor had to put the bean back into his ear.

True story.
