We pride ourselves as a strong family and we all look after each other. Your reluctance to cap to help provide facilities at our Citadel unfortunately does not put you in a strong light and therefore I have to decline your application.

I would strongly suggest that you reflect on this and realise that capping does not take long and it would contribute to the upkeep and upgrades of most clans. It takes an hour which great experience and others would no doubt thank you for your commitment.
