So prior to last DXP I asked ppl if they wanted citadel tick moved so that you can cap twice on DXP.
The majority said yes, but it was too late to move it then.

I have just moved our build tick - I didn't have a choice of times, it simply pushes the tick back 7 days from the current time.

That means that our build tick will occur a few hours before halfway through DXP, so everyone who wants to can cap twice.


Important
After our next build tick in 7 days, do not cap again until DXP, if you wish to cap twice on DXP.
