Regarding f2p, I always tell f2p that they won't be able to get the most out of a p2p clan because they can't play on the same worlds or use the citadel.
There is f2p clans, I imagine they would advertise on these forums also.

I was more referring to situation of suspending p2p for some time, a then gaining it back.
