Just a few words from the perspective of someone who's looking for a clan just like yours - the "be active on forum" requirement is a huge turnoff. I'm looking for a social, mature skilling clan and yours seemed ideal, but I'm also looking for a clan that doesn't impose onerous obligations. A place to hang out, not a set of weekly chores.
Just something for you to consider.

Thank you for your message, Forunikarasu. To be honest your suggestion seems strange to me. I don't have any idea about weekly chores you are talking about. Seems some misunderstanding took place when you visited our friends chat. Let me say the following:
The friends and clan chats are not the only place we use for communication. As most of RS clans our clan also has its own forum - that is the place where clan members or forum members communicate. We use the forum to discuss our clan plans, achievements, problems, not only RS information we want to share with our friends. This is the place we plan our activity (events, skill weeks, upgrading our citadel, setting the targets, etc.) and post the results.
As we have clan mates from all over the world (which meants we live in different time zones), this is the place we meet to leave our opinion about our clan life, proposals of improvement, problems and progress.
Our guests post their introduction here so we will be able to know our prospective members better, and later an application to become a trial and then full member of the clan.
Our forum is also the place where we congratulate our mates on their achievemnts, or help each other in different ways.
And sure if any of our forum guest/member is not interested in achievements of clan mates, clan life, plans, etc. and doesn't have anything to say to friends or leave some comments, then he/she does not need to post there. But how do we know about his/her opinion on subjects which are essential for us and therefor we discuss them on our forum or polls we vote on? That is one of the ways our clan members and clan guests cummunicate with each other :)
