Like this is why Jagex can't bring in any new players, because they're trying to shove MTX down everyones throat at every turn, new players aren't going to stick around for that, new players that spend money on the event get nothing because of the abysmal drop rates leave and never come back, players who can't afford it feel discouraged and left out, and the ones who can just barely afford it, the ones with gambling addictions like myself would still choose to purchase it in the hopes we would get something only to get nothing then hate ourselves for spending food money on this game, that's why a lot of us have a sour taste in our mouth about this game, you better start doing some good things for the player base that isn't revolved around MTX because you still have a small window to show players that you care, but I have a gut feeling that nothing will change, or it will only change for 1 event and then right back to abusing players again just like before, you need to build a healthy base before you can gouge people that's just how the business works unless you don't care that your game isn't bringing new players and bleeding old ones.
