To be fair here you seem to be using the Forums to appeal a ban for macroing. You even say it's " Still pending " meaning Jagex have yet to look at it.
This does not fall under discrimination against disabilities whatsoever. Everyone is treated the same when Jagex say they have caught people botting. If and when Jagex ban players they have enough proof of some very bad rule breaking. Enough so to issue the ban. Sadly nothing can be done about this as it's a Private issue between the Account Holder and Jagex. You have an appeal pending. Thats all you can do now is wait for a review. You may get lucky and it's dropped or you may get unlucky and it sticks. Hard to tell with the Macro Ban. Jagex have a well trained team who deal with these daily. They know what they are doing.
So I've locked this thread as you are trying to appeal a Macro Ban and using disability to get the ban lifted. No one here knows who is abled bodied or disabled by reading txt. This is not discrimination against anyone. So your claim you are being discriminated against is unfounded.
I and I'm sure others here wish you well with the appeal. The thread though has to remain locked as you are using this as an appeal and Jagex staff who deal with the Macro Bans don't use these forums. Comprehensive Account Security
