I just tried on my F2P account and you're right. I tried the Edgeville antrance and the one in Varrock, both said " To go here you must login to a members server"

Most odd, I'd have sworn they weren't members only.
The Wiki says " The Varrock Sewers are a common training area for free-to-play players "

Correct. That is exactly when these areas suddenly became members-only.

I filed a bug report, since that appears to be what this is. One of the P2P dungeons also got updated, so my guess is that somehow led to these dungeon entrances being improperly made P2P-only.

My friend Kristen started a thread in Recent Updates on this topic.
