This is another case of fixing past mistakes. Some folks might not agree, but IMO the Yak Track crew was always responsive to player feedback, even while knowing the goal was to generate $.
TH was definitely nerfed to dust. When you get multipliers and they guarantee the smallest prize possible it's not good. Also giving out like 1 dummy. LOL.
I think this will work, getting daily players more engaged and better rewarded for it. You login and can't think of what to do? There are tasks available. Forever.
My main question is how they can afford 90 cosmetic items but Raptor was left to the wolves? Couldn't they work some MTX magic and help out when needed?
Edit: one other thing, they were correct. I was definitely using double XP promos to stockpile for future use. But not double XP, it was for the Yak, which gave bonus XP for months on end.

These questions were answered in spectacular ways. The cosmetic items are basic and look like everything we got before. Except for a few.
The overhead skill icons are a nuisance to be dealt with. Here they are encouraging more players to use them.
Then we learned that the devs had to test the MTX update, meaning all we got was the XP nerf for rituals. From the month of dedicated development time. (has that even started yet?)
The interface for hero pass is cool and functions properly. If I use my imagination I can almost pretend that there are rewards for doing this.
I'll do it anyways, even if that is bad for data science. Because I play the game.
