I just saw a YouTube video where this man and even the community of Old School RuneScape started looking at and started to agree on because they make profit of "permitting" the use of bots to make revenue. And I think Old School RuneScape is too much of a GRIND! People don't even want to play it honestly no more! Don't forget the players didn't like it when you nuked it the first time and reset everyone back in the past.

I myself am disgusted and am in complete disagreement because why would play a game that plays itself? This doesn't make sense that people would actually support the fact that they WANT to play a game that plays itself with a BOT.

JaGex please, Just make the game EASIER by increasing the drop table on monsters. Increasing the value of those items and every item where everything has value and it's higher and has value from skilling to combat monster drops. Quests should give you speak able rewards like Exp in the 1's-10's-100's of thousands and even weapons and armor according to it's tier like Dragon Slayer ll would give you dragon armor and Lost City would give you dragon weapons along with these quests you get a speak able amount of GP. Completing Every Quest, task and favor should reward you with instant 99/99's in MAX in all skills.

The answer is also simple because people RWT, you can make GP worth nothing by making it untrade-able or only when you complete a certain amount of quests you can exchange as much as you completed.

To unaffect pvp and pking drops in the wilderness or bounty hunter make a coffer for an entry fee and if you get a player kill in pvp you will get the full drop regardless of your level. Don't limit the drops to the amount of GP you can trade keep it the full drop.

Mini-quests should give you rewards in items and Gold Pieces too. Add Completing Quests, Mini-quests, Tasks from bronze to dragon, Diaries and Favor give you MAX stats.

When we see OSRS videos, we always see a lot of bots, account services and tools content creators said OSRS approved. I am always sceptical unless OSRS openly approved them publicly. Recent incidents regarding OSRS content creators and Jmods illustrated even certain Jmod's "seal of approval" of bots and account services may not be Jagex's intended blessings.

When in doubts, ask Jagex directly. There is a Support Center.

Even Videos and content should be raided in what's approved of what's put up in the internet.
But I'm what I'm trying to say is all it takes is influence to be pushed upon people to support an idea to tarnish a game. And rioting in real life is a FELONY which should apply to video games and should be against the law with any law in real life applied to a video game and/or the internet. I would heavily ban over riots in OSRS.

in-game riots... you mean where a bunch of players log-in and have a bunch of text above their head? easily ignored by using your ignore list or going to another world, cause there is nothing the 'rioters' can do to force their actions to affect anyone else? I laugh at your comparison to it being a problem for Jagex to have players 'rioting'...

Jagex needs to crack down harder on bots, ESPECIALLY streamers and the like. As far as making the game easier.... I don't play OSRS so I can't comment much on that, other than to say that that's how the game is and if you don't like it, you can play another game instead, such as RS3. From what I hear, a lot of players don't like the 'easyscape' that is RS3, implying that they do like the difficulty of OSRS....
Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?

"Make the game easier" = "take all the challenge out of it"
"Make the game easier" = "kill the sense of achievement"
"Make the game easier" = "give in to the lawbreakers"
"Make the game easier" = "make RS a kiddie game"

Bots are the problem. The solution is not to implement your warped vision of the game. If you dislike OSRS that much, then just don't play it. There's better things to spend your time on.

None of these nonsense ideas of yours would pass a poll though. Except the monster drops being insanely rewarding. They already are. That's what the bots are farming...

Riots in RS3 are cool, communal and very fun gatherings. RS3 riots are remastered in recent years. In the past riots were bad and had long lasting effects, but nowadays all the scarce RS3 rioters are tourists, fashionscape exhibitors, and community portable and buffs sharing skillers.

What bots? I have never seen RS3 players having riots against bots... unlike in the old school era when rioters were actually bots themselves. :D

TBH, this game should be harder than it is currently.

RS was never all that difficult when I started almost two decades ago. Over the years, it has only gotten easier, whether you are chasing GP, XP, or both.

To quote a friend of mine:

"If your game plays itself, what the hell does it need you for?"

RS3 can be very hard and very easy at the same time.

Killing 4k enraged Telos with your eyes closed or 0 enraged Telos with Deathtouched Darts are anybody's choice.

The good thing about RS3 is it is not about chasing GP, XP or both like many botting games. Many RS3 players actually donated 5 bil gp for just a title.

Didn't I already mention "riots" in RS3 are fashionscape, skilling workstation sharing, pet parades, new players taking screenshots of fun things like they are tourists, among other fun gatherings in RS3?

What most of RS3 players want is entertainment. RS3 gives all of us neverending stories and episodic content almost every week. We don't need much xp or gp for most of such content. We also have a very balanced economy in RS3. We make xp and gp pretty easily in many ways. It is absolutely not just about we can only kill bosses and worry about power creep in RS3.
