Indeed it did! And as i believe i mentioned in my OG post (I can't recall) I was not very consistent in logging into the rs3 game to claim my free lamps and the oddments id get to convert to lamps. Daily challenges if i felt up to it. But like i said I never trained the skill. so any daily challenges I would do was a small dungeon get use that free spin towards a lamp towards Arch. Xmg

The fact you even took the time to post this in forums means Runescapes heart still beats and it's brain still functions =)

I did it in less than 3 years with just lamps and oddments and no daily challenges while logging in on fridays only lol

no its a game that likes money....and if they were adding content that was worth it i wouldnt care. but theyre trying to compete with way better games.....runescape is the wish.com version of wow. necro is a prime example of their desperation and stupidity....they took a page from cod and released a stupidly op skill to get people in the game and old players to return. then when they felt like they had enough bullshit content to keep them playing they nerfed necro into damn near irrelevance......and there was literally no need to touch it. does it really matter if we kill a boss slightly faster and use less food? no. but jagex just cant help themselves fucking the average player over...which is the majority of their player base. necro allowed people that didnt do high level pvm to actually get into it...now its harder to kill shit. which will piss people off and make them quit again..they should have left it alone. theres literally nothing else they can do to save the game. 2 years max and itll be gone. and thats just because of the simps streamers might bring in or bots.

Getting a bit tired of bossers saying necro "allowed" average players to get into bossing.

No, it forced it, with the equipment upgrades.

If the game were "all about bossing", why are there any non combat skills?

(do you gather and make all your resources to boss?)

My personal opinion is that the heavy catering to bossers does more damage than a balanced approach.

As to the nerfs, funny how they didn't happen until after the bossing crowd got their capes, lol

sure if you want to put it that way sure.

but at the end of the day a lot of them now carry on pvming because they now realise they can pvm. where as before they thought they couldnt. thats the point being made.

a higher % of people are now pvming because of necromancy.

Ye i did the same thing, arch is just one big quest that is not fun, so if you jump ahead a few levels and dont unlock a certain thing your bricked out of higher training methods, pretty dogshit way to setup a skill. Ill probably xp lamp this nechromancy skill too just becuase upgrading my gear is such a chore it is not fun. This is one of the many reasons RS3 is dead.
