i have a similar issue i play RS3 on my upstairs PC with no issue.
yesterday i set up a new PC in my Cellar downloaded RS launcher
when i tried to log is as i do on this pc it asks for my email address as my username but my email is not my user name! i cant get past this option, the support pages do not have a topic for this! nor can i find a contact support email address.
Nor does the chat bot understand my issue. i have tried my email but it does not recognise the account.
can anyone help?
