Martin the Master Gardener who I need to speak to start the fairytale quest won't talk to me because I accidently clicked on his and stole from him, now what? How about Jagex remove this ridiculous game mechanic that prevents a quest NPC from talking to you if it's a quest requirement. This is so dumb.

It's not ridiculous, it's to encourage people to think before just spam clicking everything.

In any case, it's not forever, just for a few minutes until he forgets you're a thieving lowlife and decides you're worth talking to.
