stop the botting and services

i also started in 2004!!! how awesome.
i doubt you have been hearing the same response especially to these bots. the bots back in 2004 were more just players wanting to progress with out playing, and that was easily delt with by banning them even if it wasnt perm. because it was there only account, anmd they didnt want it perm after the first warning. that was the case for a long time
the gambling bots are somewhat new ** and these ones are the ones that are very difficult to get rid of. because as stated they are literally throw away/suicide accounts. for the sole purpose of spamming.
and yes for these one you have heard this all the time, because its valid, just because thats the reason you keep hearing doesnt change the fact its a valid reason as to why they are hard to get rid of.
jagex do try and get rid of them they ban thousands of bots a week. they dont make money off them, as im sure you remember being a 20 year vet (almost) im sure you remember the days of trade limit, this was because jagex were being close to shutting down runescape. due to bots and the illegal activity they got in. so unless you want to go back to trade limit these are incredibly difficult to get rid of, with out also effecting many legit players. as there is no real way of determining what the account is being made for. until its already happening. and ergo the problem
jagex have shut down many botting websites over the years. and that doesnt come easy, it takes a lot of time and money to do this. so yes they do take care of it. but as ive said a few times now, its not super easy to get rid of.
what you can do so it doesnt effect you seeing it, is just adding them to ignore. (if they arent being banned then you wont have to constantly update the ignore list because they arent being banned

do i wish bots didnt exist yes, 100% but i know its not an easy task to get rid of.
