just because you emailed them and nothing has happened yet doesnt mean nothing is going to happen, hence the use of the word 'yet'

how long ago did you first email them? either way it doesnt matter because they have to go through a lot of emails. when it comes to rwt issue like you are saying this one account has gone to. they need to do thorough check. this wont be a 5 minute job. because rwt ban is not appealable so they wont hand it out loosely.

relax dont jump to a conclusion that they dont care because its not done in a time frame you want

I first emailed them on 6th August 2022. Then I emailed them again 3 weeks ago on 14th February 2023. So yes it has been 7 months since I emailed them the first time around. It's probably safe then to assume that they do not care.

or you are wrong

again you went straight to "they dont care" when they take rwt incredibly seriously. so you are wrong on that 100%.

you say you gave them proof. in your eyes its enough to say they rwt. when we see that a lot here on forums, people come in usually saying x y z have botted they 100% a bot.
it turns out there only reason behind it is "they havent talked in 2 hours" and to them thats 100% proof they are bots. i can only assume its the same here.
you cant have the proof that someone rwt. you cant have the transactions etc. you can only go by what they acted before and how they act now.
by sounds of it it was many years? so really not strong proof. if it is that

so if it is 7 months, then yeah i would most likely say you are just wrong in your assumptions. because again they take rwt incredibly seriously.

so i wouldnt abuse the tipoff system because its that abuse, that makes them stop doing it.

Or I can explain to you that I still have the photos of the conversations I had with the two different people involved in the sharing of this account. One conversation on Discord with my former clanmate who told me straight to my face that now that he has no plans to ever return to RuneScape 3 and another conversation in game with the new owner of the account who told me again straight to my face that he's going for his comp and trim capes after a name change.

Keep an open mind Tenebri and face up to it. This account was passed over and I can still prove it.

what you gave jagex what not enough proof, if they are in fact rwting

my mind is always open, dont now go down a route on attacking the person thats responding, it doesnt help your cause. i have been civil, i expect the same back

You should care about two people sharing the same account because this game is supposed to be fair for everyone. And more importantly so should Jagex.

And so when you try to tell me "i dont care about what people" I lose interest as well. Because I know full well that this account has had more than one owner. And I know that I have repeatedly offered Jagex all the proof that is available that the account in question has had more than one owner.

And just because you think otherwise, it really doesn't matter.

its like i said before. all the proof that is available to you, is not enough. its the same as "that person is botting because they havent said anything in 2 hour"


and again ill repeat, jagex care about people who rwt. they spend a fortune on stopping people doing it. it is not worthwhile for jagex to keep them in game at all.

It sounds like you are completely missing the point to be fair. I can't prove real world trading because I do not have access to any bank accounts other than my own.

But I am talking about account sharing. And yes this account sharing is something I can still prove 100%. And yes I am talking about an account that used to have one owner for a long time and now has a very different owner.
