I was not playing at the time at which a lot of the stuff in this thread happened – the Pride event and homophobic reactions piqued my interest the most – so it was great to see a record of these things that I can read up on. Profiled

Tbh, I agree that it is good to have a record of sorts on Jagex's 1st attempt at a Pride event. Kinda like a 'what not to do' list since it does appear that Jagex's reaction to the communities reaction to the Pride event turned into one of the worst RS PR blunders of all time. Pretty sure no one is going around the office patting themselves on the back about how the PR for that event turned out.
More interesting little tidbits to read. I've got to admit, I don't know how you do it. Aside from the typical vileness and immaturity that is reddit and very off-putting in itself, actually getting through the sheer amount of content (both posts and comments) that is submitted there, finding the poignant and important things and then taking the time to bring them back here is seriously impressive, so thanks once again!

@Post, Your Welcome. Thank you for the kind words. Of all the threads that I have hosted over the years on RSOF, this thread is by far my fave since it allows me to utilize a quasi-journalistic format. I am glad you continue to enjoy the thread.
After a hiatus from RSOF that included achievment of some ingame goals that I had set I am now able to spend a bit more time posting. Even though I haven't been posting much on RSOF during my hiatus, I have been lurking.
The following are a few articles that may be of interest to the RSOF community. Two of the articles are insightful regarding the direction Jagex is heading. The most recent article is regarding the Charitable Giving Intiative.
