I would like to see more under the heading of 'solicitation' to make it clear that more casual advances, as well as grooming, are not acceptable behaviour.

Further more on the gambling hypocrisy: Runescape requires every player to be aged 13 or above according to their terms and conditions. Last I checked, 13 year old can't participate in casino's. What they are doing with treasure hunter in most cases should be illegal in many countries. Why it isn't is beyond me.
Ah, found it.
Section 4. You may not create an account if you are under 13 and it is a violation to create an account for someone under 13.
So, they offer gambling services like TH on a game aimed at teenagers. Nice going Jagex.
I don't think it's classed as gambling if it doesn't cost you anything.
TH prizes are a free giveaway as part of your membership - all you're doing in TH is selecting the free gift you want.
I'm sure Jagex have lawyers who would have looked into this in great detail.
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?
It's really hard to call TH gambling when we have the oddments store. You get some with every spin and you can cash in unwanted prizes for more. Also if you want GP you can buy bonds apparently.
Multiple logging in being officially endorsed by Jagex.
Also, the rules claim interacting with the game world without logging in is against the rules. Does that mean pinging the world servers to check your latency with them is against the rules?
They also claim that hiding adverts is against the rules, but AFAIK Jagex hasn't used adverts on their websites for some years now.
