I got Jmod quote IDs from a couple locked threads lol. It wasn't a precise method; it just involved trying out numbers within a certain range.

know there has been a freeze of forum updates, since the implementation of BBCode.
Until they revise BBCode, and add the quote ID into the HTML meta-data, we have no efficient method of linking to or quoting posts from locked threads.
