Should really reserve a full page and let people start on a new page, but I'll try to post my feedback on what I've read/seen so far. :)

Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.

Hey there, I was reading the guide as you were posting each post, and it's an impressive guide you've come up with, so I'll have to commend you with that!

Sorry about the previous thread you made asking for help - I've been very busy irl due to moving to the other side of the world and trying to organise finding a job in Cambridge, as well as several other complications with the UK...

There are a few concerns I have though, which I'll outline below. Please don't take any offence to these, and it's meant as constructive feedback. :)

1.
The title has your name in it. It should not. The title should be more "attractive" or eye-catching, especially for new forumers. Maybe something like "RSOF Forums Guide", "RSOF Forumers Guide", "Forums Information / Guide", "New Forumers Guide - READ", etc. Your name doesn't need to be in the title, as it's listed right under the title as the thread creator.

2.
Looking at the thread without even looking at the words, I can just see blocks of text being the same colour. Colour helps to break down threads and easily see what section relates to what. I can see that some posts have coloured titles, and some don't. Inconsistency isn't really good on a guide which should look professional for new forumers to use as a guide.

3.
I can see quite a lot of content taken from currently existing threads. While you have quoted that persons thread to show it's their content, have you asked them for permission to use their content? Someone may not like that you're using their content without their permission. Also - having things in quote boxes sort of makes the post messy, so if they do give permission for you to use it, then remove the quote, and simply have the title referring to their thread, or have a credits post at the start of the thread explaining who contributed to what.
