The highest I've seen was around 3800 something. Ex-Mod Ronan did a stream once and found one somewhere around there...but someone I knew once sent me a picture of theirs around the same ballpark.

Sadly, I no longer have either source to reference, so...we can only go with foggy memory.

I don't know if they'd be able to pull that data given that so many threads have been deleted over the years.
Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

Back when Jagex was actually a good company, I had a tribute thread to MMG that had more bumps than I can count, both from the bump button and from my own posts. I kept that thing alive for years until after he left, when I decided to retire it. I was relentless in trying to fight the notion that MMG was bad for the game and frankly, I think I was vindicated because Jagex has become atrocious since he left.

Granted, I was a bit of a fanboy teenager with stars in his eyes, planning to working for Jagex once I graduated, but still, the point remains.
