Put the name as it's rendered: don't replace spaces with character codes.

I don't mind seeing quotes so much, because they usually give context to posts that aren't shitty. People rarely quote bad posts to agree with them, and if you see someone doing so regularly, well, they could be another candidate for blocking.

Why should we have to have such a feature to show our hate towards each other, this is not what Jagex/JMods had in mind in the first place when they started with RuneScape altogether.
I will not use such a feature, I will learn to adapt myself when time comes and adaption might be useful for me and The RuneScape Community.
