Yea recall Kelvin saying it was zendesk when they introduced the support beta in that mega topic. They showed some screenshots of the layout.

Phones would be weird with the time zones,that poor person they force to be nocturnal, least emails are there when ya wake up.


Also where are the streams announced like times they do it, on community home or the events or something? Don't see it listed on the forums anywhere. Do see it on the twitch channel but bit laggy and confusing on a weekend to know which Tuesday they mean.

The live streams are on the events calendar thread here yeah, and the times there are lined up with the in-game clock (1 hour difference from the time in the UK currently with time changes).

(Making this Plea on behalf of fellow players since I did not uninstall my old client)

Please Place the Privious NON-NXT Client Back in the Download area of the website.

Many, Many players are finding Major issues with the New NXT Client (just look through the Forum) and WILL Want the Old Style back in order to be able to Play Runescape at all.
