Have been reading all of the posts, nothing to add as you two seem to be listing the pros and cons for me. I am going to let one of the team know so they can take a peek (if they haven't already) seeing as it was a suggestion they were interested in.

If you enable two-step verification on your email account, Authenticator is nearly impossible for an intruder to deactivate. JAG is far less secure: the questions can be guessed, and it leaves your account completely unprotected on OSRS and the Companion App.

Bank PINs are the last line of defense, not a primary security method.
I actually have the belief that if you have the Authenticator installed for your account security that you
shouldn't
have the authenticator for your bank, but rather have the bank pin.
I do agree with the above posts by Finance, but this just sparked a thought of mine. it is slightly off the topic of using authenticator / bank pin for on site security, but I think it is a valid thing to consider.
Surely if someone has managed to gain access to your account through the authenticator (which is highly unlikely) then there is almost definitely a likelihood of them then being able to access your bank is there not?
Surely if you have the authenticator for your account and your bank protected by your bank pin, they now need to know 4 things, instead of just three.
Issue: Parents Guide section in the 'Safety Centre' has no contact link.
Sometimes a parent needs to contact Jagex about their childs account.
Clause 5 in the T & C refers parents to the Parents Guide in the Safety Centre to contact Jagex.
However there is no link in there to send a ticket....

Hi there,
Just doubled check and you are absolutely right. I couldn't find it anywhere. It is really important for Jagex to have a contact method which can be easily spotted by concerned parents. I have added this in for you. I hope you get some feedback on this.
Is there an issue or query you yourself as a parent are facing at all that you might like to ask? If not, no worries, just don't want to leave you unsupported

Misty Fuzzy:
Needed to support parents with issues they may face + no continuity of support methods, the T&C highlighting something that is not there or easy to find.

Fair point - think we may have a few things we need to address in the top-level nav
