If you're just looking to vent (without providing constructive feedback), you can go back to the main forums page, and look for the Rants section, which is located just below the Compliments section you posted this in. However, if you want to provide feedback on something, the Existing Game Content section or an OSRS-related one may be more appropriate, depending what your feedback is actually about. Hope this helps!

Also took the liberty of moving this over to a more appropriate section, as this is a query about the forums.

The Rants forum can be found on the forums list directly underneath Compliments.

But be aware that both the Rants and Off Topic forums are only visible once you have already logged in.
