Do we have a forum thread somewhere in the world of RS forums that I can go to and request someone more talented than me to create a forum banner for my clan?

Thanks for asking! I did a little searching on the forums and here is what I found:

There is a Business & Services Directory which has two businesses advertised in their Logos & Signatures category. They are on page 2, post 9.

Then, in the Forum Games section, there are some signature galleries, schools and such on pages 5 and 6. I am not certain if they do banners as well.

I hope that when you check out any of the above, you'll find what you need.
