And yeah... the thread you're talking about was actually this exact thread, only with very different content and a different thread title. Shortly after the closure of the Welcome forums with this thread being moved into Community Home (the most inactive forum section on the forums...) and losing its' sticky, there was hardly anyone posting on it and I just sort of gave up on the thread. After a year or so I did try to revive it by getting it moved to Website and Forums, but nothing really changed and I gave up again.

A few months ago, someone on Discord told me to turn this thread into a LLF version of the HLF Directory I've been running for years, with a very short tl;dr version of the old thread.

Yeah Jagex did have one, but Balance removed it in favour of this thread
