Great work, once again!
Well layed out, and very clear; it will no doubt prove very usefull.
(side-note: it may be of help to highlight/rejigg the paragraph on the General section, to emphasise that it's only for things which don't fit in any other forum section; as although you've said that quite plainly, it's possibly less clear to one who's comming to the forums new, and isn't looking for those words.
I know there are a few General section forumers (Fmods included), who are very disheartened to see so many threads created there which have a place elsewhere, so it might help their aim to have it to the fore of that section.
I'm not entirely sure how you'd go about doing that within your format, and I'm probably worrying needlessly, but up to you.
