This is very well done...nicely laid out as well. A couple points of feedback, though.
1. I think you forgot hyperlinks to the forums in the "Specialist" section of your post.
2. I would add a section referencing the "RuneScape - Game" section of the forums. This is where people discuss and get help with the actual game. There are definitely sub-communities on the forums who enjoy discussing items, quests, and so forth.
I would put this near the top (maybe replace the Events section) and emphasize that the Guides forum is always a great place to look before posting a question.

I have added this section under "Runescape - Community". It has not replaced Events section, as I just moved each section 1 post forward to allow the game section to be added.
