same issue, jagex releases this new shiny client that can hold and auto log you into all of your accounts but then cant remember your username or the fact you use a username not an email

Now there's a new generation of players who all might use other means to login therefore Jagex/JMods might have taken the opportunity to cater their needs instead of the few veterans in here.

In this case, long ago is yesterday before the update. Folks can trivialize the complaint, but the fact is it doesn't work properly.
