Oh, well I described in the OP what you missed. The emails were useful at one point.

It seems to me if people WERE getting emails someone would jump in here to try and get one over on me, so I will accept their general silence as confirmation that Jagex just stopped sending them without explanation.

Last E-Mail I got was a thank you for Gold Membership. Seeing as I got Gold I no longer get the monthy E-Mails when my membership is due.

I sometimes get E-Mails from backstreetmerch.com few times per year telling me about New merchandise etc from RuneScape.

Other then that I don't get much mail from Jagex. ;)

Ironically I haven't seen emails from them in ages. I still get notifications in their secure message center but my runescape email address...

July 1st was the last missive in my email from Jagex and it was a response to a request I had that they fulfilled.

The rest of the emails I have are actually from Archaeox, I lead such a quite life lol... What's even funnier is it's 1 a year for the last 3 years.

Yep you heard it here first I have a grand total of 4 emails in my registered email address lol.

However back when premier club first came out we got the promo quarterly emails. However certainly nothing recent. The funny thing is the emails Tuffty gets for merch from backstreet go to my normal email not my registered one.

Ermmm you made me wonder now what E-Mail address they go to lol. I'll check next time I get 1 as I can't remember which mail I used for it. :P

So, I just saw folks talking about the latest super secret email in Future Updates. Where is my inclusiveness and diversity?

I understand they got 399,.99 million emails to send, so it might take a few days for mine to arrive.

But the beans have been spilled. The emails exist.

2 thumbs down for the website support link. They are doing everything they can to NOT provide me a way to contact them.

I want to do it the proper way, but get real here. I am going to have to force my way in by choosing an unrelated topic.


Edit: the support page suggests to find one of their previous emails and add to contacts. Endless loop, just like their support landing page.

Some progress has been made. Support is still swamped, I'm guessing when that message comes down the actual links to speak with them might appear? Gogo-bot is humorous at best.

Telling me it is awkward that she only returns one hit for email. YES! I agree, since email is a fundamental part of the entire process. They should have been like YES, and we will now attempt to send you test emails! Please report back with your hopefully positive results or otherwise await further instructions.

THAT would be hot.

Anyways, through my research I have discovered 6 potentially real email addresses which I have added to the contacts list. Assuming that does anything, that is a troubleshooting step completed, and I must wait til next month for any possible results.

Edit: now that I think of it, the loss of emails might possibly coincide with the removal of mobile client from my device. :/
