Some progress has been made. Support is still swamped, I'm guessing when that message comes down the actual links to speak with them might appear? Gogo-bot is humorous at best.
Telling me it is awkward that she only returns one hit for email. YES! I agree, since email is a fundamental part of the entire process. They should have been like YES, and we will now attempt to send you test emails! Please report back with your hopefully positive results or otherwise await further instructions.

Anyways, through my research I have discovered 6 potentially real email addresses which I have added to the contacts list. Assuming that does anything, that is a troubleshooting step completed, and I must wait til next month for any possible results.
Edit: now that I think of it, the loss of emails might possibly coincide with the removal of mobile client from my device. :/
