Might put up some puushes of some of my duels today "Revenge...is like a rolling stone, which, when a man hath forced up a hill, will return upon him with a greater violence, and break those bones whose sinews gave it motion."- Jeremy Taylor

Basically, they work a lot off of the Graveyard (for Exomirror) and punish you for using your Extra Deck. Generally speaking, they don't have heavy back row, so they're not a stun archetype.

The build I specifically faced was a Releaser of Rituals variant. Those focus on primarily locking down target effects and summons. as you see by the screen, only summoned two monsters (The Cyber End you see and an Eatos from earlier) against them and it was enough given the floodgate and Skill Drain I had on the field.

They focus A LOT on banishing for their rituals, hence my Graveyard statement.

So, decks that don't give a shit about stuff being banished (Malefics, Chaos Dragons) or don't use their Extra Deck much or at all (Monarchs) are good counters.

yugioh - since u asked me to post, I'll post =p

anyone on this thread play competitively? I'd be interested in past tournament experiences, tops, etc.

Garden City Michigan OTS win (1st place out of ~50 people) dragunity ruler
Second place at Indianapolis regional out of ~310 people, dragunity ruler
17th place at ARGCS columbus, dragunity ruler
32nd place at Garden City regional, chaos dragon E dragon plants
3 other top 48s at regs, 1 with dragunity ruler 1 with frog monarchs 1 fire fist

my favorite deck is frog monarchs. I have it max rarity and it's super pretty.
this format I'm playing spellbooks - trying to beat this dumb meta... it is also max rarity and also very pretty.
If you couldn't tell I'm a total rarity whore as my name would imply. if it isn't 1st ed mint, I don't want it.

P.S. if anyone has Italian, french, or spanish 1st ed swap frogs... pm me I will buy them...
