I was confused at some of the recent conversation, so I looked at the subheading and it still says this forum is to "Chill out and talk about anything you want." I'm not new either. I was one of the original 70 people that had access when the hlf was created. But because of the issues that were around back then (within the first year) this forum was specifically made for spam threads, to give people an outlet. But it's also for anything off-topic. Yes, sometimes people do spam on this thread, but it's not a spam thread. So the statement about why it should have been locked years ago really befuddles me.
I think the only reason why it would get locked is if people start fighting and stuff, so please don't fight.

I was reading through the first 13 pages of this thread last night before the site crashed, and it brought back so many memories. I will have to find my external hard drive and see if I can find the original pics that RowleyJoe posted on the first page.
I am so grateful that this thread was kept alive (which was harder to do in the early days because of how active this forum was), because I have really enjoyed being able to keep in contact while I wasn't playing over the years.

And I just realized looking at the dates that I've been playing for two whole months! Amazing.
I also edited the post instead of posting a new one to cut down on "spam." I'm gud!
