I can understand wanting to stay on Windows 7, xp, vista and the like, but I've never seen someone fight over Windows 8 vs 10 lmao.
I cannot begin to fathom an argument for Windows 8 over 10. Windows 10 is user friendly if you're at all competent.
There's options on Windows 10 to scale things the size you want, that's including icons. I just don't even know what there is to complain about other than Microsoft being rude. Windows 10 is really not that bad, but especially when you're comparing it to Windows 8.
I stopped reading after the first section. Only the idiots who didn't know how to disable things like the charms or use classic shell thought 7 was better than 8. 8 used half the resources and was twice as fast as 7 with zero negatives after disabling a few registries. 7 was horrid, it was hardly even an upgrade from vista as far as resource hogging goes. 10 is much slower than 8 from my experience with it so far, it's on the same speed as 7 was. 10 is also a fucking spiderweb of privacy laws being denied, even after disabling EVERYTHING in settings entirely it still does shit like reinstalling apps without you knowing after you uninstall them. My boot time is also almost doubled with 10 with the same settings as before, I was cold booting 3.5 seconds on 8; it cold boots at 6.7 on 10.
