Why not uninstall it? In the state it's in atm it's pretty shit. It's possible to revert back to your windows 8, not that hard if you know what you're doing. Microsoft is forcing windows 10 out through automatic updates, which the majority of people, yourself included I assume, have set to install everything automatically, which in your case sounds like it ran auto windows updates when you powered it off.
That was your first mistake. Don't people ever actually look at/review what's being put on their system anymore?
Mine is set to only allow security updates, and that's why it went through. Microsoft changed windows 10 from being optional/recommended to being a full scale security update on like the 11th. It was completely hidden, it did not appear on the update list at all regarding 10. And I don't turn my computer off at night, and there were zero prompts to continue like there always has been for things like this. It flat out went to town on it's own. If you go back to 8 all it does is start the process over, the security update saying 10 is now required won't be removed. I've already tried it. It's like a personalized malware that microsoft sent to computers.

Yeah there are some things you can do to make 10 more like 7
But I don't like how you responded to nosword, even in anger, you should treat people well
I'm not asking how to make it more like 7. I already know how to do that. Apart from disabling crap all you really need is classic shell which works with 10, and to mess with registries a little, same as 8. I've looked and looked and quite frankly I don't think it's possible to do as of right now. And you're joking right? Nosword was being a straight up ass-hat. Editing sentences to be stupid shit like that then talks about microdicks not waking someone up? He was treated as he deserved.

It was obviously a joke, they have anger management programs for people who treat others and respond the way you did
Yeah, definitely a joke just like him. He had no reason to post to begin with if he doesn't have 10, he was just trolling and it backfired on him. Standing up for your friend doesn't mean you're doing the right thing, it just means you're standing up for the troll. I don't care if he caught me at a bad time or not, he was responded to appropriately; the same goes for anyone.

meh its not that bad, what do you want to know how to change?
The icons on the taskbar to be larger than the 'large' setting, because on higher resolution screens those icons are tiny as hell even on the large option. I don't think it's possible, though.

I can understand wanting to stay on Windows 7, xp, vista and the like, but I've never seen someone fight over Windows 8 vs 10 lmao.
I cannot begin to fathom an argument for Windows 8 over 10. Windows 10 is user friendly if you're at all competent.
There's options on Windows 10 to scale things the size you want, that's including icons. I just don't even know what there is to complain about other than Microsoft being rude. Windows 10 is really not that bad, but especially when you're comparing it to Windows 8.
"Why are you posting threads, asking questions and making discussion???"
