Back in my day, people did not charge for help with bossing, they would gladly introduce the noob to bossing as a ~~meatshield~~ potential future comrade in fighting the questionably aligned forces of not necessarily evil.

Back in my day, you could not hold spacebar to skip all the lore. You had to manually click, thus you would be forced to absorb at least some of it. Updates are hard to make, especially when it's a solo project, so raging against the mod will get you nothing.
