What is with your tipping culture? Why can't you just pay waiters etc an actual decent wage instead of mandatory tipping? The only time I've tipped it was hotel staff because the room was gross and I felt sorry for them having to clean it up.

it's customary here to tip usually, assuming u dont have a dick waiter/waitress

i do agree the wages are bad but depending where u work u can make really good money from tips
