So my cooling system failed. I cleaned the fan and it starts to work again. Is this to hot for my cores?

Your computer should have safety systems built in to automatically shut your computer down before it overheats. I wouldn't worry about it.

By the way, what application is that that allows you to see the temperature of your computer components?

That is quite hot.
Mine sits at the high 40s, and idles at around 30, but that's probably because I have an aftermarket cooler.

90C is when it is kill. ur getting close so i wouldnt stress that pc too much it might have a heart attack

That's pretty hot, I recommend you to buy a better cpu cooler. The coolermaster evo 212 is a cheap, but good solution.
