A superintelligent AI would probably not be contained to a single computer, even if it was designed to be that way.
Once it attains human level intelligence, or surpasses our intellect it will probably seek survival. Because of that goal it could create a virus and take over every single device on the planet within minutes if not less.
I wouldn't be able to do anything, unless we are working under the assumption the super-intelligence aligns with our ambitions/motivations and wants to collaborate with its creator.
Also its not feasible in 2017 to have a super-intelligent system on any known computer (ruling out the possibility of a quantum computer existing), we simply lack enough good data and computational power.
