Why so much hate?

Also it amuses me that people chose names with numbers when clearly there was no need for numbers at that point.

Maybe I'm wrong, but from what I remember this was taken from the hiscores for the unreleased construction skill right? So it's not technically the order of account creation, but instead the first to log out? For example, Superman may have been taken before Superman3434 but the latter logged out first.

Still a really cool list.

Nah, This list was posted on the forums about 5 years ago by a J Mod as the first 2000 accounts created :p
I just saved it to my computer back then and stumbled on to it again when looking for an old picture and thought it would be cool to share.

seen it ages ago, but yeah it was basically the carpentry hiscores for RSC which nobody was ever able to get a single experience point in so it just listed the accounts in order of creation, although it's not completely accurate since it missed some inactive players.
