Uhm... Are you able to let the guy go? I mean, that phone-thing really seals the deal.

I can see being on it during down time or if something urgent came up, but... yeah... ;s

Nope, I'm not in charge. I could complain, but I'm not going to just yet.

It's frustrating that he was given so many hours right from the start because we're so understaffed at the moment.

It was the opposite when I was hired and I had to earn the hours I was given and work harder than people who were there longer and take their hours by being better at my job than them.
