Knock out bracket like in Euros you mean? You can't have an accurate one for champions league and Europa league as knock out stage match ups are decided via a draw not a predetermined system like in the euros.
Top 2 in each group advance to the knock out stages in round of 16, 3rd enters the Europa league knock out stages in the round of 32, 4th is knocked out.
Teams in the knock out stages are drawn against each other with teams winning their groups being seeded and guaranteed to face the 2nd place in another group. Additionally teams from the same association can't be drawn against each other in the round of 16; for instance if Arsenal wins their group and Leicester finishes 2nd in theirs they can't be drawn against each other.
Quarter finals and semi finals also require a draw to take place to decide match ups; however, from here on the previous rule of teams from the same association does no longer apply. E.g: Atletico Madrid played Barcelona in the quarter final last year.
