I think it might look better/worse depending on the size of the post, to be honest, like, more square-sized post boxes could look good with it going from the centre->outwards, and corner->corner for long/short post boxes.

I'll most likely will provide at least 2 types of gradients. Radial from the centre and radial from the top left corner.

Thanks to everyone for testing the new tag. I'm hoping it wont need to get used much, but I think it'll prove to be very handy in certain situations and allow me to troubleshoot things much more easily.
