Depends how eager either of the teams are to win the group; spain is qualified as winner or runner up regardless, but if Croatia loses and Czech republic beat Turkey they could finish above Croatia on goal difference I believe (since their head to head ended in a draw)?
Unless Spain beat Croatia 1-0 and Czech republic beat Turkey 1-0, in which case both Crotia and Czech republic would have a goal difference of 0 with 3 goals scored and 3 conceded. Meaning it'd be down to fair play conduct in the tournament.
1st place in group D will play 3rd place in group B/E/F, 2nd place will play Italy and 3rd will play Wales/France.
For Croatia it seems like a "safer" option to play for a draw, although with who the'll play if they end up as 2nd or 3rd it seems worth it to go for the win imo.
Czech republic and Turkey will both play for a win in order to qualify as 3rd (or 2nd in Czech republic's case if Croatia loses) as a draw will probably see them being one of the 3rd placed teams not advancing to the next round.
Edit: oops looked at wrong groups; corrected now.
