To be fair Ligue 1 and Bundesliga can be pretty good if you follow any of the teams lower than #3.
In Norway at some of the bundesliga games are televised on channels included in general tv subscriptions (Eurosport/Max) which makes them more accessible than other leagues such as Premier league and La liga who require dedicated channel packages, each.

I expect PSG to walk the league again with them making some good signings and getting a better manager. Haven't seen them make a striker signing in place of Zlatan though, which they'll need if they intend on challenging in the champions league.
It's a bit hard for other teams to be challenging though as their stand out players are usually bought by mid table Premier league teams with greater spending power after one season. :/
