We have two channels that cover the euroes, both of them have a studio with 3 experts, two men and one woman.
Must be shit being there just to fulfill a qouta. The women obviously knows a lot about football, it just seems suspicious that there's one woman on each channel. Especially since you could find a former player, that probably would be a better "expert".
There is only rarely a woman on the football here, they have yet to 'equality' that like they did with comedy. Now all the comedy panel shows are required to have at least 1 female, and of course, they are not funny at all

Only woman they have on here is Gabby Logan, she rarely has any actual insight into the sport shes covering but shes a decent presenter, just a worse version of Gary Lineker. Thankfully shes mostly been doing interviews at this Euros.
I understand wanting more women to be involved but the thing is they have to be good, you can't just shoehorn them in when they're sub par, its counter productive to the equality they're trying to achieve.

This.
One of the best reporteres on Danish TV is a woman, Luna Cristofi, she covers all kinds of sports for TV3 and TV3+. She speaks several languages and certainly deserves her job over a man. It's when you can clearly see a person, severely lacking in knowledge, making interviews or presenting a sport she doesn't know a lot about, then it just becomes shit to watch, hence why qoutas are absolutely disgusting. A lot of succesfull woman are also against this kind of behaviour, as they feel it diminishes their achievements, which it does.
