I couldn't agree with you more, lol. I was brought up with a rottweiler and people would freak out when they saw me walking him (my dad let me walk him when I was 4-5, with my dad there ofc) but he had the best temperament and he was one of the friendliest dogs. On the other hand I've known people with littler dogs, Dexter is also guilty of this, that just does not like people. I guess I encourage this in a way, because there is so much baiting and theft that goes on in my area, I do not want to run the risk of him being overly-friendly to the point where he would walk up to someone and let them pick him up. Also another reason I let mine sleep inside
but yes I do believe the temperament comes down more to the dog and the owner and how that dog is brought up. For Example, You wouldn't expect a dog that's been neglected and abused to be happy and friendly.
On a happier note~
Lmao, I'm glad she didn't get hurt, unfortunately when a dog seems to go for something there seems to be no stopping it..
Did she get one? lol
idk i think its bad when owners encourage their dogs to be aggressive
and im pretty sure small dogs have small dog syndrome :p just like short guys have short guy syndrome haha
and no she didn't she caught a rabbit later on though
I don't so much encourage the aggressiveness, just the weariness. It's dangerous around my area for them to be overly-friendly unfortunately. They're still fine around people just not likely to go up to people on a whim, and they won't touch food I haven't put down for them myself.
Haha, yeah they do have small dog syndrome, mine barks at bigger dogs like german shepherds lol
Probably a good thing she didn't catch up with the sheepies though, the rabbits are fair game though
lol
They have been brought up well, if I do say so myself
lol, well as baws pointed out, they breed a ton. They're basically a pest, and better to get eaten then slowly die from some horrible disease?
Rabbits are kind of evil anyways :/ lol
