I'd love to get a wolf hybrid with like 25-50% wolf in it, not going to happen tho because they need so much space

They actually look like a LOT of work from what I read lol but they're so cute :(

@Liam
Sure, blame the darkness :P lol nah I can imagine it wouldn't take much for a bigger dog like that to take your legs out from under you especially at the speed they run O_o

I'll make sure to stay away from any pet stores that may have them or else I may end up with another dog ^_^ So cute :)

No rs for you, you have play-time with the puppy to do! :P

Sidenote~ saw a husky today, except its size resembled more of a bear, not sure what they're feeding it O_o phone was flat sadly :( ... maybe I'll have to stalk them tomorrow...

Good family dogs, built for energetic children by the looks :P lol

I'm sure it will long wear out your brother before it does itself :P
My maltese's are a bit like that, Kovu will just walk and walk and walk. Dexter on the other-hand would rather chase birds *Facepalm*

I've not heard they're not great around children, although like any big dog I wouldn't leave them unsupervised around younger children, or even a smaller dog for that matter. Your dog can have a lovely temperament but it doesn't mean they won't snap lol. For example my niece decided it would be a good idea to throw one of them in the pool, now for the life of her can't understand why the dog now growls at her whenever she comes near -sigh- lol

But I wouldn't be surprised if they've had their name dragged through the mud, a lot of the bigger dogs seem to be labelled as "aggressive" etc. Personally I think it comes down to the dog, and the owner, not the breed, but that's just me :P

i think a dogs behavior is greatly defined by its owners i mean for example my old housemate used to have a Rottweiler which are classed as dangerous dogs but it was the most soppy loving dog i've ever met lol.

and speaking of dogs chasing things our younger greyhound bella snuck into a field and chased all the sheep we were scared it was going to get shot by a farmer or something, worst thing this she was like in a world of her own just focused on getting one so she wouldnt listen at all
