It's not only the system which solves all the problems.
The most important problem in my opinion is high quantity of stupidity.
And I have no idea how this problem should be solved.
Maybe it is inevitability that we live in imperfect world. Some of us see how pointless are all those wars, overconsuming, overworking, lack of love, hating, raging etc, but only minority of people think like that.
Many act by blind impulse and making their life hard because of that.
It is really important to learn control your emotions, makes life much easier.

So yeah, system fails if its most important component, which is human being, fails.

a dictatorship can be both a good and a bad thing just like how a democracy can be both a good and a bad thing.

Example: 2003.
Saddam Hussein was a bad dictator. and George Bush was even worse, And he was the president of a country built on democracy.

There's plenty of good things that comes out of both parts, it all depends on where you live and how you live.. My point is that a dictatorship can be a good thing depending on the dictators interests, and a democracy can be a bad thing as well.

OnT: Seeing how i live in a western civilisation, housing one of the best governments in the world, i'm going to say. Democracy > Anarchy. The Socialistic party is ruling now, which sucks.. but other than that.. everything is great.
